Dr. Niele Maimone brought holistic healing medicine to Danville, CA in 1999 when she established Align Healing Center. With an understanding of the body's innate ability to heal itself, Dr. Maimone has followed an innovative path of healing, focusing on chiropractic care and functional medicine to help patients overcome stresses and injuries to the body and help them flush toxins from the body to increase energy and strengthen physical and emotional health. With her education and life experiences, Dr. Maimone leads a team of talented healthcare professionals who take a holistic approach to boosting health and wellness, employing advanced laser therapy, natural medicine, infrared and electromagnetic therapy, IV therapy, peptide therapy, and more to heal from the inside out.

Dr. Maimone specializes in the practice of functional medicine, chiropractic care, the Koren Specific Technique, and more. Her own journey to healing introduced her to functional medicine, which she has studied extensively at the University of Bridgeport and the Institute for Functional Medicine and practiced for nearly 20 years. Dr. Maimone also excels in the Koren Specific Technique of chiropractic care, which uses gentle but powerful manipulations or low-force impulses to the spine and other joints for better alignment and to reduce the risk of chronic illness and disease. Through the practice of holistic medicine, Dr. Maimone aims to bring hope, comfort, and healing to all her patients.
Albert Vasquez joined forces with Align Healing Center to perform PRP and joint therapy injections and assist the patients of Align in achieving a pain-free life.
Albert comes from a firefighter/paramedic background of which he still plays a part for the City of San Jose. His career as a firefighter/paramedic continues to fulfill his desire to serve the community not only as a firefighter but also as a healthcare professional. As a firefighter/paramedic, he became familiar with the challenges of providing medical care with limited resources and a condensed scope of practice. It was those experiences that continued to feed Albert's thirst for knowledge and willingness to do more. This was the driving force in Albert's journey toward pursuing more advanced avenues of practicing medicine. In 2012, Albert attended Stanford University and graduated from the physician assistant program. Since then, Albert has been practicing family medicine in the underserved communities of Stanislaus County. Working in family practice has awarded him a front-row seat into the lives of others and has earned him the responsibility of managing the health of entire families.
Nicole is one of our registered nurses here at Align Healing Center. She has been in the holistic care field since 2015. Nicole has a passion for helping people return to health and reach their wellness goals. She graduated from Chabot College as a registered nurse and is a skilled, certified injector for aesthetic fillers and neuromodulators. Her IV/phlebotomy experience is unparalleled, along with her passion for helping others feel and look their best. Nicole is looking forward to working with you to achieve your goals toward a lifestyle of wellness.
Michelle is a Bay Area native, growing up in Pleasant Hill. She and her husband, Jimmy, have three energetic children- Mila and twin boys Nash and Brooks.
She graduated from Samuel Merritt University with her BSN in 2012 and began her nursing career with a specialty in critical care, where she continues to work part time at John Muir Medical Center in the ICU department.
Joining the Align team in early 2023 she is excited about the holistic mindset and progressive approach with functional medicine to help people feel their best and reach their health goals.
Her skilled experience with IV technique will make you feel comfortable during nutritional IV therapy sessions. She is also trained in neuromodulators and aesthetic fillers to help you look your best on your wellness journey.
Amanda has been a RN since 2009. Experience includes working at a cardiac telemetry unit, urgent care clinic, and IV clinic before making her way to AHC. She is currently furthering her studies to obtain her masters degree in nursing and aspires to be a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2025. Besides work & school, Amanda enjoys quality time with her 2 girls + 8 pets, outdoor adventures and coaching TRX classes.
Jackie has been a nurse since 2020. She enjoys socializing with friends, and traveling to hidden gems in her free time. Her favorite thing about Align is the variety of ways to make you feel better, look better and live better. Her go to IV is That Glow IV, filled with MIC to help your skin grow & lysine to support collagen production.
Judy moved to California from the East Coast where she was born and raised. Upon graduating from college, she began a 13-year career in the insurance industry working for several major international carriers in the professional liability arena. Judy was personally introduced to the benefits of chiropractic care over 15 years ago and joined our team in 2011. Judy is passionate about living a balanced and vibrant life. She and her family continue to use holistic chiropractic care as part of their wellness lifestyle.
